Eugenio Voticky Associate


Eugenio worked as a lawyer at Santander y Valdés, and later at Carey y Cía. in the Antitrust area. He also completed an internship at the United Nations in New York.

Before joining Honorato-Delaveau, he worked as a researcher at the Instituto Res Pública where he co-authored the book "Pensando el Chile del Futuro Claves del Debate Constituyente" (Thinking the Chile of the Future: Keys to the Constituent Debate) published by the Institute.

In addition, he conducted research on the modification of D.L. 211 entitled: "About the compensation of damages for illegal acts against free competition in the context of Law No. 20.945" in the Magazine of the Colegio de Ayudantes UC (COADUC).


Law Degree, Pontifica Universidad Católica de Chile (graduated in 2018).
